I’ve not personally been to many ‘Cat Cáfes’ in Korea or elsewhere, but apparently the first ever one was in Taiwan.
Furthermore, Japan is a very popular place for such cafés and even the UK have a few now! I’ve definitely visited one in Thailand and a couple in South Korea, and this particular photo is taken from a really nice one in Seoul.
Maybe in the future we’ll feature more info on these establishments but for the time being, please enjoy this cute cat and its comfort of sitting on a laptop! I think they like these devices – maybe due to the warmth?
Photo taken in Cafe Mune (or as their Instagram defines the name, somewhat as “카페무네 (무네는 “마음” 이라는 뜻입니다)” – Source: https://www.instagram.com/cafe_mune/ – and it’s in the Sookmyung Women’s University area of Seoul.
(And speaking of photos or indeed video of Korean-related places or more precisely “Korean /Asian films and movie-making” in general, feel free to check out my long-running MiniMiniMovie.com website – A new post will appear there soon!)
